How to login

Click on "Sign In" on the top menu
Input your account data and click on "Sign In", if you don't have a customer account please contact IPD and ask for a new account

Add the products you wish to purchase to the cart
When you have all the products in the cart select the "Cart" button in the top menu and you will see the following screen. Here you can see the total cost of the products as well as which products and quantities are in the cart. Click on "Checkout" to continue.
Confirm that the current account is the one you want to use and click "Continue".
Select the address you want to use and click "Continue".
Select the shipping method you want to use and click "Continue".
With this, your order will be received by IPD, here you can see the final summary of your order.

Shippment method and cost
The shipping options can change according to the delivery address, purchease time and product disponibility
Posible shippment methods
- Office pickup: FREE
- Next day delivery (in peninsula): 6.50.-€ (+IVA) / Free in orders with cost of 100.-€ or more (without IVA)
- Deliveries to Islas Canarias take 48h: 12.-€ (+ IGI) / Free in orders with cost of 100.-€ or more (without IGI)
- Our objective is to deliver next day (not aplicable in deliveries to Islas Canarias) all orders places between Monday and Thursday before 14.00h.
- Fridays before 14.00h. When this isn't posible you will see the expected delviery time when placing an order
